Pay $100.00 deposit at the time of booking and the balance on the day

What if I have to cancel?

We will refund you in full, up to 24 hours before your trip

What if it rains?

Our wet weather policy is “Don’t let a bit of rain spoil your Day” (But we are a British yacht and ‘Carried Away’ has a full cover……..and central heating!)

You won’t get wet onboard ‘Carried Away’ and it’s a great feeling being out on the water as the rain pours down. Also if you go for a swim, the water feels lovely.

What if we are a family of five?

We can legally carry up to 8 people, but we keep the size down to give everyone space to relax. Call or email for more information.

What if we can’t swim?

We have a variety of sizes of life jackets, for adults and children, as well as Noodles for swimming aids

Does it cost more/less to book through our hotel or tour operator?

The price on our website is the price you pay if you book directly, through us. We have several, specific third party sellers to take deposits on our behalf, but they will charge an extra fee which we have no control over. They will ring us with your details at the time of booking and you will be able to speak to us to confirm any special requests

What is available at Jolly Harbour?

Jolly Harbour has bars, restaurants, banks, ATM’s hotels, golf course, gym and an excellent Supermarket selling Waitrose brands and caters for most tastes.

What if the weather is bad?

We don’t go out if the weather is bad, but we normally get a little bit of notice. If we have to cancel due to the weather, you will get a full refund
